This Citarasa Seafood Market Steamboat in NSK, Jalan Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur, is my regular restaurant whenever I crave for steamboat. There are two sections, one with the big table and a big pot in the middle for a big group or a table with 4 - 6 individual pots for each person. I always go for the individual pot. I feel that it's healthier, cleaner and total freedom on what to cook individually. As for the base, there are 2 choices of soup to choose from that is Tom Yam or chicken soup.
There are wide variety of foods to choose from. They can cook the fresh seafood for you free of charge.
As a thrifty person, I find it unique because the prices are reasonable and many choices available.
They have the basic individual set of RM9.90 with prawns, crab, slice fish, fishballs, mee, egg and vegetables. Normally, I will order 2 or 3 basic set and go to the market for additional choices.
This is the example of basic set. |
