Where to dine decently and rock? Rock Bottom Bangsar

I would not walk into this type of restaurant and bars. Why? Because I am no more a young bubbly spring chicken going to sleazy joints. I am now a senior lady who hates the smell of cigarettes and loud music. So it is a surprise that I found this Rock Bottom quite decent with some of the songs are mix with oldies. I went with my girls and we sat in alfresco so it was nice airy with fresh air. (so my hair does not have the cigarette smells ^-^) 

We had a few nice nom-nom of bar bites, appetizer, main and drinks. 

Breaded Calamari - RM24
We started off with bar bites of Breaded Calamari. A plate of this crispy calamari disappeared into our mouths as quickly as it was served. The calamari was cooked well, with the meat soft juicy and coated with crispy bread crumbs. As the name says so, it is really a bar bite.

For appetizer, we choose Smoked Salmon & Tuna Wrapped in Zucchini.

I love the freshness of the thinnly sliced zuchinni. There are chunks of tuna and smoked salmon inside. This whole dish holds together all the flavors of freshness, smokey salmon and tuna.

Chicken Lover Pizza

Pizza is very thin and yet not tough. Filled with chicken meat, olives, mushrooms and cheese.

 Grilled Sirlion Steak - RM41.00

We ordered  a medium done grill. This dish is with potato wedges, broccoli and carrots. The BBQ sauce is thick and flavorful.

Nice ambience of comfy seating.

 There are a number of huge TV to keep those seated outside on the alfresco entertained. This Rock Bottom Kitchen & Bar Bangsar is good for dinner and supper or just for a relaxing drinking session with live songs

Overall, this place is good for a decent meal, to enjoy some music and a relaxing evening with chatting with friends and relatives. I would also say that it is safe place as the waiters are very attentive, look after you and your belongings well, and with some of them were stationed at the entrance.
