For this July and August 2022 promotions, Executive Chef Noor Hisham and his culinary team present two special unique and exclusive tastes: Nasi Lemak Slipper Lobster and Chicken Carbonara / Bolognaise Puff. 

Nasi Lemak is our local Malaysian all-time favourite! I love to eat it any time of the day, as it is an all-around complete nutritious meal. Here, Premiere Hotel's Chef Noor Hisham brings it up a notch higher by pairing it with slipper lobster. The fragrant rice is cooked in coconut milk and spices, accompanied by fried anchovies, roasted peanuts, boiled eggs, sambal and sliced cucumber. Fresh slipper lobster fried crispy and nice sits majestically on top of the rice. Beautiful lovely fusion! This dish is priced at RM48nett per set.

Another irresistible signature dish which can be eaten any time of the day is curry puff. Here you can have a choice of Chicken Carbonara Puff or Bolognaise Puff. Minced chicken meat is cooked with chopped carrots and spiced up with either with Bolognaise or Carbonara. It was then wrapped with layers of dough and fried to perfection for the crispy skin. Yummy! Oh yes, this dish is accompanied by fried chips and mixed greens on the side. The price per dish is RM38 per set.
