At Ramadan buffet 2023, The Ruma Hotel and Residences offers a wide range of Malay comfort food of rendang, satay, accompained by a wide range of ulam-ulam, keropok and kerabu. Imagine the ultimate taste of kampung herbs od daun pegaga, raja ulam, and the the various assortment of kerabu such as taugeh kerang, mangga sotong and jantung pisang.
Another of my favourite cuisine is the BBQ section, the grilling and smell of freshly burnt bits of meat and seafood. Here, at SANTAI, I enjoyed eating most is the Slipper Lobster Percik, followed by salmon bakar, big grilled shrimps and of course special BBQ lamb!
Finish off by tantalizing your palette with traditional desserts, and here I highly recommend this Pandan Creme Brulee, yummy!
