One of my favourite traditioanl dish is siput sedut masak lemak, where I can recall my mother's old recipe and the fun of sucking the shells. Do you know the skill of eating this dish? The method of getting the meat from the shells is to suck both ends of the shell first!!! Other signature is daging salai masak lemak cili , Udang Daun Ubi Masak Tempoyak, Sotong Tumis daun Selasih, Ikan panggang, Bendi dan Tempe Berchili, Assorted dim Sum and pau, and many others. There are 3 different menus that go on rotation throughout the Ramadan period. Thus Dorsett Kuala Lumpur’s Sajian Rasa Nusantara beckons one to return night after night for a true culinary exploration.
